Super strength maple oil specially formulated for use in candy, candy centers, chocolate, fondant, fudge, frosting, cookie dough, cake batter, and more. When substituting these oils for extracts use 1/4 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. Certified Kosher. TIP: Use a drinking straw, with your finger capped over the end, to pick up just a drop of oil at a time or purchase our flavoring oil dropper. Please Note: although most of our flavoring oils work great with chocolate, this flavor is not recommended for use in real chocolate, chocolate coatings or candy melts. |
